Rehome assist
Finding their new furever together
We understand that life changes. Sometimes, despite the best intentions and love, a dog's needs may change and your ability to meet those needs shifts.
THATS OKAY
Our goal is simple: to provide a safe, supportive and stress-free path to find your puppy or adult an exceptional new forever home.

REHOME ASSISTANCE acts as a bridge, offering resources and a platform to connect wonderful dogs with screened, loving adopters - all while pup stays with you, in their current security.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:
1. Every dog listed here is in some way familiar to us. They have not been surrendered or abandoned in a shelter. They are receiving care, socialization, training and preparation to move forward and transition to their new family.
2. THIS IS NON-JUDGEMENTAL: We are here to help and not to question. We require the same of future adopters or those meeting life's challenges in a heartbreaking situation.
3. Focus is on the dog: The dog is simply seeking a new lifestyle. We will exert every effort possible to resolve anything, medical or otherwise, that mau be causing the dog distress. Any behavior problems will be addressed to the best of our ability, but ultimately this is up to you, the new family, to follow advice and instruction for the dog's transition.
HOW OUR REHOME ASSIST WORKS:
For DOGS IN NEED:
1. You provide details: photos videos and a detailed profile of your dog's personality, routines, likes, dislikes and any health information.
2. We create a space on this page with all those details. Potential adopters contact us to answer basic questions and are briefly screened with an application before connecting you.
3. We can facilitate the meet n greet. We help coordinate safe, secure and supervised (if needed) introductions before a final adoption is processed
4. A new beginning: once a perfect match is found, we will help guide you through the final paperwork and transition, ensuring a smooth hand-off for everyone.
FOR POTENTIAL ADOPTERS:
1. Review the dog's profile. READ CAREFULLY. Take the time to thouroughly review not only the dog but the relatives and ancestors listed on this website. Nothing can replace the education of experience.
2. FILL OUT AN APPLICATION - there's a button below and above to download a PDF. You can copy/paste into an email or even download the PDF into HEALTHTRAK.
3.PROVIDE DETAIL> write me a book. Tell me everything you want me to know about yourself.
3. Review and contact: We will send a short confirmation that your application was received. Please be patient - this can take 2-3 days to coordinate answers. If we feel you are a strong match, we will contact you to arrange a phone or video conference between the potential and current families.
4. We can facilitate a nuetral non-commmital meeting. If all goes well, you can arrange the transition between you. We can help facilitate paperwork, and advise on financial transfer, but we will not be involved in any transfer of ownership through sale (adoption fee) of the dog.
5. Keep in touch and take advantage of the lifetime breeder support we offer our dogs.

Oak is looking for his furever home 💕 He is a gorgeous, gentle giant who will be awonderful addition to any home looking for loyalty, guardianship, and another member of your pack. At just 10 months old, he is already 90 lbs! But he has a calm demeanor and all he wants to do is follow you around. He is great with kids and other dogs and loves the great outdoors.
